Hi! I’m Colleen, a multi-hyphenate photographer-realtor. I specialize in helping people find not only their special place to call home but a community they want to contribute to, learn from and grow with in long-lasting and meaningful ways. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer (exciting!) or have been around the block a time or two (no pun intended), I would love the opportunity to work with you.

Over the past decade, I built a successful business as a professional freelance photographer. I’ve photographed print and digital ad campaigns for brands like Nike, Target and Nespresso. I have also photographed images for 5 published cookbooks and DIY titles and over 100 weddings across the country and abroad, which have been featured in various publications. As a photographer, I'm adept at visual storytelling, showcasing details, and understanding the importance of timing, all of which are invaluable to presenting and marketing your home.

I moved to the Bay Area in 2018 and worked as the first in-house photographer at Heath Ceramics in San Francisco. After doing some personal life reckoning in 2020 (you too, huh?) I decided it was time to take a leap of faith and try something new. I wanted to do something that allowed me to become closer to my community - not just as a place, but as an environment to build ever growing connections with people of unique backgrounds and life stories who also call this place home. Through some twists and turns, a StrengthsFinder test, therapy, and a whole host of books, I found my way to getting my real estate license and am thrilled that this is where I've arrived.

I’ve always been a people person with a genuine passion for connecting with others. What resonated most with me while transitioning into the real estate industry was the opportunity to get to know my clients and work alongside them through one of their biggest life moments. It turns out you get a lot of practice when photographing people’s wedding day. It’s my goal, as your real estate agent, to provide a space that allows you to feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. This process is not just a “shake-hands-and-go” type of experience. Regardless of the stage of the process you’re in, if you’re looking for someone who will explain industry jargon in a way that makes sense, advocate for you and be there to guide you through the highs and lows of the buying or selling process, then let's grab a coffee or drinks (maybe even share a meal!?). I look forward to connecting with you soon!
