During his first year as an agent, Adam participated in nearly $9 million in residential and commercial transactions, gaining invaluable experience, including playing an active role in the planning and marketing process of bringing a subdivision development to market.
Adam grew up in Colorado before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue his career in real estate alongside an undergraduate degree. He earned his license while studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where he gained critical industry knowledge which has given Adam the ability to spend years analyzing hyper-specific local market trends throughout the city. Simultaneously, Adam has honed a discerning eye for architecture and design, and frequently takes an active consultation role in the design process for many of his clients.
In his free time, Adam is heavily involved in Southern California’s automotive scene, often attending events and drives for multiple car groups from Orange County to Malibu. He also enjoys time at the beach whenever his schedule allows, and loves any opportunity to explore new bars and restaurants around the city.
