About Alia Rahawi

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York within a family of real estate professionals, Alia attended the City University of Staten Island, where she earned a Business Marketing degree. Growing up as a proud Lebanese-American, Alia became bilingual and fluent in both English and Arabic and offers a nuanced point of view for clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

“I love that the real estate industry is always evolving, from market trends to new technologies, there is always something new to learn,” says Alia. “I genuinely enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest developments. Change and evolution are what life is all about!”

Alia is also passionate about the positive impact real estate development can have on communities. “Thoughtful development can truly revitalize neighborhoods,” says Alia. “Being a part of a positive community transformation can be so emotionally rewarding.”

When she isn’t advocating for her clients, Alia can be found traveling or spending time with her family and friends. An avid reader, Alia frequently leafs through the latest books and magazines on home decor, architecture, and design.
