Meet Amin
Real Estate AgentAmin Meysami joins The Agency Vancouver with almost a decade of real estate experience. He works alongside his partner as the Vanclose Team, and he primarily serves the North Shore, with his niche being single-family homes in Edgemont, Forest Hills, Canyon Heights, Ambleside, and Dundarave. Amin has been a member of the Medallion Club for four consecutive years and was a top 5% broker at his previous brokerage (based upon GCI). The Vanclose Team are the number-one selling agents in Forest Hills and Canyon Heights since January 2020, and they are among the top five agents in Edgemont Village, Forest Hills, and Canyon Heights since 2019.
Amin grew up in Tehran, Iran, and attended the Art University of Tehran where he attained a Bachelors of Arts in Sculpture. He went on to earn an MBA from the University of Tehran and a negotiation certification at Harvard Business School, and in 2014 Amin moved to Vancouver, getting his real estate license from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. In his twenties, Amin started and grew multiple businesses, honing his negotiation skills as he conducted business with international corporations and managed his teams; he brings this aptitude for communication to his real estate career. With a values-driven approach in every transaction, Amin’s core values are tenacity, integrity, kindness, and advocating to protect his clients’ best interests. He endeavours to build strong, lasting relationships with everyone he represents, and he is passionate about looking after them by identifying and mitigating possible risks. Throughout his career, Amin has been responsible for over 300 completed transactions.
When Amin isn’t at showings and opens, he spends time with his wife, hosts friends for dinner parties, and takes his five-year-old daughter to gymnastics and swimming classes. Amin prioritizes physical fitness in order to live a balanced life and also gives back to the industry through volunteering with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
