Andrea Lauren Weller is a long-time real estate enthusiast and experienced agent serving the NYC community for over nine years. In that time she has connected her clients with their ideal spaces whether it be their first New York apartment or navigating a major life change. Always a keen listener her business is mainly based on repeat clients and referrals. Having been involved in both rentals and sales throughout the years, Andrea specializes in the buying and selling of multi-family properties in central Brooklyn helping owners navigate their new status as landlords.
With a background in architecture, historic preservation, sustainable design and property management, Andrea has previously worked on projects such as the Newark City Hall exterior restoration, documenting the oldest mental institution in the country, and creating a futurist physical model of connected urbanity for the Pratt Manhattan Gallery. With a never-ending spring of ideas, Andrea uses her creative past to provide vision and clarity to her current clients.
Andrea attended the Pennsylvania State University before completing her master’s degree in architecture at Washington University in St. Louis. She lives in Bedford-Stuyvesant Brooklyn with her husband and tuxedo cat, Maggie May Weller. Andrea is an avid yogi, dancer, artist, amateur chef, cyclist, and hula-hooper. In her down time you can often find her biking to the beach, glamping, or playing the home edition of Chopped.
