A member of The Agency Studio City, Andy Hairabedian is an enthusiastic, highly-knowledgeable local real estate expert with nearly a decade of experience in the L.A. market, from the Valley to Pasadena and beyond.
Part of a family of developers, Andy’s eye for a property’s potential was trained and guided from an early age. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andy quickly rose to become one of the leading real estate agents in his hometown of Pasadena after just one year in the business.
In 2020, he was named a “Real Estate All Star” by Pasadena Magazine.
While working under his own real estate brokerage, Andy frequently collaborated with his wife (and fellow agent at The Agency Studio City) Lilian Hairabedian on listings and development projects in and around the L.A. area.
Throughout the years, Andy has developed a strong repeat and referral business with domestic and international clients. An honest, reliable and resourceful broker with a "get it done" attitude and unmatched hustle, Andy prides himself on his tireless negotiating skills and expertise in residential, commercial and new development real estate.
Today, Andy’s client base has grown to encompass the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valley, where he has set record-breaking highs. In 2019, Andy sold an apartment building in Studio City for the highest per door sale in the San Fernando Valley—$6.5 million for 10 units.
A resident of Altadena, Andy and his wife Lilian enjoy traveling, hiking and playing tennis.
