Real Estate AgentCaring, passionate and driven, Angie Lieuw has spent over a decade thoughtfully guiding clients toward their dream homes, helping them strategically invest to grow their wealth and negotiating on their behalf to realize the potential of their property. She takes a hands-on approach to every transaction, from staging sellers’ homes to advising buyers on repairs during inspections, and builds lasting relationships along the way, and has expertise in dealing with cryptocurrency to cash transactions.
Born in Los Angeles, Angie has lived in Malibu for 16 years and then many other parts of the city, giving her a keen awareness of the topography and diverse neighborhoods. She joins The Agency to primarily represent clients in Beverly Hills, the Hollywood Hills, Malibu, Silverlake, Studio City, West Hollywood and West L.A.
Angie makes outstanding service her top priority and has years of experience exceeding her clients’ expectations. In her time as an estate manager for properties valued at over $30 million, she collaborated closely with vendors and designers, oversaw maintenance and coordinated renovation and landscaping projects, developing a strong network of referrals for her clients today.
Before obtaining her broker license in 2007, Angie trained celebrities in Pilates and martial arts. She began her career in the real estate industry under the mentorship of her father. Sharing his creative and entrepreneurial spirit, she also founded a lifestyle brand combining her passions for health, fitness, and home design.
Angie spent her childhood in South Korea and speaks fluent Korean. She moved back to L.A. to attend UCLA, where she majored in political science. Today, when she’s not blowing clients away with her attention to detail, she plays and writes music and experiments with recipes for her cooking channel.
