About Ani Nguyen

Ani Nguyen (she/her) is a Realtor serving the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia area. She is a strong believer of people over sales and enjoys being of service to her community. Originally from Charlottesville, VA by way of Viet Nam, she has lived and worked in the DMV area for over 2 decades. Before coming to DC she attended James Madison University, where she studied International Business and Communications Public Relations. Until becoming a Realtor, she served as a top earning Events Contractor and Manager in Washington DC. All of those experiences have honed her into being a personable, resourceful, and skillful negotiator for all of her clients. She was named top 3 Salesperson in her first brokerage within her first year of working in Real Estate. When asked what stands out about Ani, her clients would say her dedication, attentiveness and care for their individual needs.

Outside of work she is mother to a 14 year old rescue, named Mika, an avid traveler, a decent cook, and a terrible knitter. In her free time, she regularly volunteers at The Maryland Food Bank and supports the Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Clean Water as well organizations that support race and gender diversity and equality.
