About Ann Eysenring

Ann Eysenring is a US and International Real Estate Advisor. One of the things she loves most about her work is being able to engage her intuition in the matchmaking process – pairing the right buyer with the right seller, and helping beautiful homes find their new owners.

While Ann has been in the business for over 20 years, her transition into real estate came somewhat unexpectedly. Ann was initially attracted to a career in the film industry, and she worked her way up the career ladder at ABC, NBC and Amblin/Dreamworks. Part of her job description included finding housing for out-of-state cast, which made Ann realize the benefits of obtaining a real estate license, allowing her to cut out the middle-man and take care of the job from start to finish. She discovered that she had a real passion for unique locations and great architecture.

Ann grew up surrounded by real estate and building. Her Dutch Indonesian father ran a building company and her American mother owned a real estate company – both in Southern California. Ann started her own real estate career with The Jon Douglas Company, and then moved on to Sotheby's, Christies Great Estates, as well as serving as a founder of Worldwide Real Estate with Merv Griffin. Ann joined the Agency because this company is the most forward thinking in the business.

Ann’s clients include internationally known tastemakers, designers, photographers, celebrities, art dealers and luxury hotel brands throughout California, as well as the South of France, Bahamas, Germany, Mexico, the Caribbean, Italy, London, the Hamptons and Aspen. She loves the art of a negotiation and the psychological strategy that results in a property sale.

Ann has also donated her time and been involved with numerous charities, including The Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Aids Project Los Angeles, NRDC, Global Green, Best buddies, Heal the Bay and Surfrider Foundation. Born and raised in California, Ann currently lives in Malibu. In addition t
