About Ashley Hicks

A Westside native known for her extensive market knowledge and local expertise, Ashley Hicks brings more than 16 years of real estate experience to The Agency. 

 

Specializing in luxury properties across Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Venice, Beverly Hills and her hometown of Brentwood, Ashley loves discovering the potential behind a property and cherishes the personal connections she makes through the process of finding a client their ideal home. The daughter of two veteran agents who met at their real estate office, you might say Ashley was born into the business. She began her real estate career in 2002 with Prudential California Realty, focusing on finding buyers their next home and easing them through the purchasing process. She also represented the sale of several new construction projects, learning the ins and outs of the condominium development business while further honing her design acumen remodeling and selling two of her own homes in Pacific Palisades. Over the next several years, Ashley expanded her business to representing single-family homebuyers and sellers across L.A.’s Westside, earning a loyal clientele based heavily on referrals and repeat clients. Whether representing a small condo or large estate, she has earned a reputation amongst clients and colleagues alike for her energy, enthusiasm and commitment throughout every step of a transaction.

 

Ashley attended Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles and college at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. When she’s not representing buyers and sellers in real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young kids, going to the beach and putting her personal touch on their new home in Brentwood.
