About Ashley Jefferies

With nearly a decade of experience in real estate throughout the Boulder and Front Range area, Ashley has earned a reputation as a true people person. Her ability to connect with clients on a deep level informs her client-first philosophy, and her unwavering dedication to their best interests has helped her exceed their expectations time and again.

Ashley is a fifth-generation Realtor with a Midwest work ethic, hailing originally from Clinton, Iowa. After graduating from the prestigious boarding high school Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, CT, Ashley pursued her passion for ballet and earned a scholarship to dance with the Joffrey Ballet in New York. Her experience as a professional dancer has shaped her disciplined approach to life and work.

 

Since settling in Boulder in 1991 and graduating from the University of Colorado with honors, Ashley has raised her family in the area. Her two daughters are both thriving, with her eldest employed at JLL Commercial real estate and her youngest enrolled in the CU Leeds business program.

 

Ashley's partner in life and business is TR Swanwick, and together they make up the award-winning team at The Agency Boulder.

 

When she's not hard at work, Ashley enjoys staying active and spending time on the beautiful trails throughout Boulder County. She believes that self-care and deep connections with friends and family are the keys to a fulfilling life.
