About Austin Lemon

A native Angeleno, Austin Lemon is inherently predisposed to seeing real estate as a lifestyle. Born and raised in Santa Monica, Austin’s love of the city is second to none. A Westsider through and through, his expert knowledge of L.A.’s premier neighborhoods makes him a valuable asset and resource for his clients, lending a specialization insight into Santa Monica’s North of Montana neighborhood, Malibu, and Brentwood. Having watched these neighborhoods grow and evolve over the course of his lifetime, he is deeply in tune with the nuances of each market and equipped to help buyers and sellers make the best possible decisions. With a background in real estate management and alternative dispute resolution, Austin’s understanding of the complexities of compromise and negotiation has proven invaluable in real estate.

 

Austin graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in comparative literature, studies that provided him with invaluable communication and critical thinking skills that he leverages in his work as a real estate professional. He is currently completing a master’s degree in law with a focus on media and entertainment law at USC. His fluency in Spanish and French allows him to serve a breadth of clients. 

 

When Austin’s not representing his clients in real estate, you can find him walking his Pomeranian, Romeo, in Santa Monica’s Palisades Park, hiking the Temescal Canyon trails, lunching in Downtown Santa Monica, enjoying Malibu’s local hangouts, and spending time with his family. Wellness is an integral part of his daily routine and spending time at the gym and cooking keep his mind clear and energy high. An avid history buff, he loves to pore over the Santa Monica Public Library’s image archive and scout for local historical locations and landmarks. Though there’s nowhere he’d rather call home than L.A.’s Westside, he enjoys spending time in Miami, Barcelona, Bali and Zanzibar. He is a member of the North of Montana Association in Santa Monica.
