About Benjamin Yellowlees

My career in Real Estate began 17 years ago, when I had my own contracting company and was investing and renovating homes throughout the GTA. Through all of those projects, I started to get a greater understanding of the Real Estate industry and obtained my Real Estate License. Investing in Real Estate allowed me to truly appreciate what a good purchase is, how to get the most money for your sale, and how to avoid bad properties. Upon getting my license I truly enjoyed helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate and therefore took up being a Realtor as my full time career. With all of my acquired knowledge, I have been helping clients buy and sell first time homes up to high end luxury properties for the past 15 years.

 

My passions are Soccer (Football!), all sports in general, my family, and design/architecture.
