About Bob Wills

A native of Saint Paul, Minnesota, Bob spent 25 years as a senior project management consultant to Fortune 100 corporate offices in the Twin Cities area.

Upon traveling to Maui for the first time in 1994, and immediately falling in love with it, he set a plan to move there…someday. In the meantime, he bought one vacation rental condo, then two, and rented them to people who came to Maui on vacation.

During that time, he helped four couples buy their own condo just by telling them what he had learned – both what to do and what not to do. That “someday” became a plan to move to Maui permanently, which he did in 2007. Because he enjoyed helping those people so much, he proceeded to study and become a Realtor®. Later becoming a Realtor®-Broker, Bob has spent 15 years helping people in residential real estate in all areas of Maui. Bob is one of the top Maui Realtors®. “My great joy is in helping others realize their dream.
