Meet Brad

Real Estate Agent

A California native with more than three decades of real estate experience in the San Ramon Valley, Brad Gothberg is a dynamic, highly-knowledgeable member of The Agency Alamo. Brad’s sterling track record includes being ranked among the top 1% of agents in the state, the Top 3% in Alamo, by value of combined purchases and listings, and is one of the Top 200 Real Estate Agents in North America. Over a five-year period in his career, Brad closed more than $500 million in sales.

Brad’s clientele is largely based on an extensive referral network—clients consistently attest to his professionalism, accessibility, focus and forthrightness.

“I receive great satisfaction in helping both buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals,” says Brad. “Just like many of my clients, I wish I had a crystal ball into the market. Until that time comes, I strive to provide clients with the highest level of experience in ‘On and Off-Market Inventory’ and razor-sharp negotiating skills honed through years of experience in the business.”

Brad’s clients also benefit from his extensive network within the region. “I pride myself on being available to all my clients almost 24/7, and always going the distance for them. Today, many realtors work in large teams, but I’ve found that when buyers or sellers hire me, they expect me to show up. After all these years in the business, the greatest compliment I can get is a referral to work for a friend, neighbor or both.”

Brad is a member of TAN (Top Agent Network), which allows the top-producing real estate agents in local markets to share exclusive, non-MLS information. Additionally, Brad is an Accredited Platinum Real Estate Professional and an active member of the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R) as well as the Contra Costa Association of Realtors (C.C.A.R).

Brad regularly volunteers at the Contra Costa Animal Control, where he walks the dogs and assists with adoptions. Brad has also served as a Board Member of the Ronald McDonald House Foundation in San Francisco.

In his free time, Brad can also be found spending time with his wife and daughter Sami, swimming with the Walnut Creek Masters League, playing water polo and riding the bike trails on Mount Diablo.
