Shortly after, he left the team to venture off as a top individual agent. As the years passed his career grew exponentially. By the time he was 22 he had already closed 40 deals total from both coasts (California and Florida). At an age when most are beginning to enter the real world, Brandon was already demonstrating to be far ahead of those his age by accumulating sales in notable cities such as Beverly Hills and Miami.
In his time as a Los Angeles top luxury advisor, Brandon has had the pleasure of closing notable sales throughout such as in North of Montana for $7.5M, Pacific Palisades for $6.4M, and Hollywood Hills for $3.27M. His extensive market knowledge, stellar negotiation strategies, and phenomenal relationship-building skills, have aided him in joining the next generation of real estate industry titans. In 2023, Brandon was officially recognized as part of the nation’s top 1.5% of realtors by the RealTrends Rankings as acknowledged in the Wall Street Journal. Having closed over $50M in sales and counting, Brandon is poised to continue rising in this industry. Serving both in California and Florida, Brandon is able to help sell his client’s homes utilizing his rolodex of clientele from both coasts. Also, being well-versed in both Spanish and English, he is able to broker deals with foreign clientele from all Spanish-speaking countries.
