About Brandon Meneses

Brandon Meneses entered the world of real estate at 17 years old in South Florida. From the moment he began working in the industry, he exceeded the expectations of those around him. By 18 years old, Brandon was managing operations under his mentor’s real estate team. Soon after, he transitioned as an agent and began soaring even more by closing over $1 million in sales in one month by age 19. For his enthusiasm and drive, Brandon was awarded Top Agent of the Month of February in 2019 after closing half of the team’s deals. Shortly after, he left the team to venture off as a top individual agent. As the years passed his career grew exponentially. By the time he was 22 he had already closed 40 deals total from both coasts (California and Florida). At an age when most are beginning to enter the real world, Brandon was already demonstrating to be far ahead of those his age by accumulating sales in notable cities such as Beverly Hills and Miami.

In his time as a Los Angeles top luxury advisor, Brandon has had the pleasure of closing notable sales throughout such as in North of Montana for $7.5M, Pacific Palisades for $6.4M, and Hollywood Hills for $3.27M. His extensive market knowledge, stellar negotiation strategies, and phenomenal relationship-building skills, have aided him in joining the next generation of real estate industry titans. In 2023, Brandon was officially recognized as part of the nation’s top 1.5% of realtors by the RealTrends Rankings as acknowledged in the Wall Street Journal. Having closed over $50M in sales and counting, Brandon is poised to continue rising in this industry. Serving both in California and Florida, Brandon is able to help sell his client’s homes utilizing his rolodex of clientele from both coasts. Also, being well-versed in both Spanish and English, he is able to broker deals with foreign clientele from all Spanish-speaking countries. In his free time, Brandon enjoys traveling the globe and supporting Toys for Tots in South Florida and Southern California.
