Born and Raised in the Turks & Caicos Islands Brendan loves to share his passion for the TCI with all his clients. Brendan enjoys showing how diverse the island chain is and finding the perfect property to fit his diverse portfolio of clientele.

With over 15 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Brendan has a passion for leading a creative and collaborative team built on delivering results and continuing to exceed his clients’ expectations. His experience in every phase of the Luxury Hospitality Industry allows Brendan to the expertise to advise his clients from the purchase of the Raw Development land to full functioning 5 star property,

Sales is where Brendan has always excelled, so he took the natural jump to The Agency in 2018 and has continued to deliver above expectations. Brendan was The Agency Turks & Caicos Rookie of the Year back then and Brendan has continued to be humbly awarded by his Agency family year in and year out. When you work with Brendan, you really feel the difference of how he approaches his relationships with clients before and after he gets the job done.

When he is not at The Agency, Brendan is spending time with his wonderful family, most likely in or around the beautiful waters of the Turks & Caicos and chances are he is documenting all the memories.
