About Brian Wiener

As a native of Los Angeles, I have spent my entire life living in various areas of West Los Angeles, including Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood, Beverly Hills and Hollywood. However, it is in Brentwood where I now live, for over nine years, with my wife and two sons.

I have always loved all aspects of real estate. I have personally been a buyer, seller, mortgage banker and had the experience of remodeling two older homes (including my current one). I have a clear understanding of what to look for when searching for a home of your own and if necessary, how to make it fit with your requirements.

I thoroughly enjoy working one-on-one with my clients. My strong negotiating skills, dedication to my clients’ needs, and knowledge of the different areas in Los Angeles are only a few of many reasons clients enjoy working with me. I pride myself on developing strong relationships with both repeat and new clients, many of whom have referred me to both their families and friends.

Having our two sons in the local public school system; I am very familiar with the different school districts and local recreation opportunities for families. When I am not at a sporting event for one of my sons, we are often exploring the different local neighborhoods and all they have to offer in the way of culture, music and food.

In my early twenties, I spent several years in the music industry. I then secured my real estate license and transitioned into the mortgage business where I worked as a residential mortgage banker for the past twenty years. Deciding to combine my love for architecture, vast knowledge of neighborhoods in Los Angeles, and an intricate knowledge of the entire residential loan process has led me to the field of residential real estate. For me, it has been the right choice.
