As a Senior Sales Associate with The Agency’s New Development Group, Bridget is currently leading sales efforts at The Liddel on Wilshire Corridor in Westwood, CA. In 2016 Bridget sold and closed out The Cosmopolitan BW in Brentwood. In Q3 of 2015, Bridget was a finalist for the Southern California Building Industry’s prestigious “Sales Professional of the Year” award for her sales of homes priced over $1 Million.
Prior to joining The Agency, Bridget was a key member of the Evo sales team, playing a major role in what would become one of Downtown L.A.’s most successful luxury high rise/mixed use projects with 311 condominiums. Her superior selling and outreach skills helped the team achieve 17 sales per month making Evo the second fastest selling condominium product in the country. She aided the team in executing a broker outreach program to bring Westside brokers to Downtown L.A. for the first time and successfully sold Evo's remaining penthouses listed at $4,000,000 closing out the project in May 2015.
