That’s Brittany Mendez. A member of Grauman Rosenfeld Group in The Agency’s Beverly Hills office, she works tirelessly on behalf of buyers, sellers, investors, and renters throughout the city she loves as well as Orange County, bringing an especially nuanced understanding of Hancock Park, West Hollywood and Hollywood.

Brittany genuinely enjoys helping her clients achieve their dreams and navigate such a meaningful milestone in their lives. Highly communicative and engaged, she makes complex transactions manageable and never fails to follow up and fill clients in on all the work she’s doing behind the scenes, from creating beautiful marketing materials to fiercely negotiating contracts. Even after escrow closes, she’s there to answer questions or simply just listen. Brittany now counts many of her previous clients as dear friends.

Originally from Manalapan, New Jersey, Brittany considers L.A. her true home. She made her way to the West Coast nearly two decades ago in pursuit of idyllic weather and a career in acting. A fellow agent and close friend kept telling her how great she would be in real estate. Drawn to the opportunity to take her professional success into her own hands, she took the advice and, in her first month as an agent, became a top producer for her brokerage.

Brittany is grateful every day for the opportunity to connect with new people, explore L.A., creatively solve problems and match buyers to the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. In her free time,  Brittany can usually be found cooking with fresh produce from her garden, taking her dog Rupert and cat Figaro on walks around Hollywood and frequenting her beloved home away from home: Disneyland.
