About Byron Kline

Born and raised in the Arcadia neighborhood, Byron is a fresh face to the Valley real estate scene, now in his third full year as a professional real estate expert. Byron began his real estate career at the Coldwell Banker Biltmore office, where he first met Virginia Gee and started out as her designated Buyer Specialist. Since then, he has blossomed as a local real estate agent, expanding his reach within the business, working with both buyers and sellers as an integral part of The Virginia Gee Team. 

 

Despite being in the early stages of his real estate career, Byron is already highly regarded among his peers and his careful attention to detail, coupled with his unmatched energy and knowledge of the local real estate market, has allowed him to develop meaningful relationships with clients, even after closing on their new homes. As a local real estate expert, Byron stays up to date on all of the latest market trends, allowing him to offer clients highly specialized information throughout the decision-making process.

 

Following in the footsteps of his trusted mentor, Byron takes great pride in his tireless work ethic and his relationships with his clients. He is committed to providing the highest level of service and professional representation throughout the home buying and selling experience, ensuring that each client feels perfectly taken care of throughout the process. 

 

Byron is a proud alumnus of both Brophy College Preparatory in Central Phoenix and Arizona State University, where he earned a BA in Business Communication. He is both a Valley sports enthusiast - Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Suns, and Sun Devils - and world traveler. When he isn't assisting clients with their real estate needs, Byron enjoys an active lifestyle, often out running along the Arizona canal, hiking Camelback Mountain, or exercising in the gym.
