Caitlin Hartley is a third-generation real estate agent who has immersed herself in the industry. She earned her first license in Arizona, then later California, and New York, working in both residential development and commercial real estate. Caitlin has earned recognition in California for selling 80 homes in one year and later represented 17 class-A office buildings in New York City with a well-known developer. She is a well-rounded expert with valuable experience in every facet of the business: residential, commercial, mortgage, title and escrow, construction, design, leasing, negotiating and investing.

 

As a real estate advisor, Caitlin is keen to listen, lead, and initiate. She goes above and beyond to help facilitate making her clients’ real estate goals a reality.
