About Candace Fogolin

Born and raised in Oakville, Candace holds detailed, firsthand knowledge of the region’s evolving communities and their offerings.  “This is where I work and play!” says Candace. “As a mom raising a young family in this area, I personally understand the importance of finding a home and a neighbourhood that meets your family’s needs.” From parks and schools to shops, restaurants and entertainment, Candace’s up-to-the moment regional knowledge is rivaled only by her market expertise.

 

A genuine “people person” with an innate ability to build strong, trusting client relationships, Candace never hesitates to take the lead and skillfully manage a transaction’s details with the goal of making the experience seamless and stress-free for her clients.

 

Candace’s love of homes and design presented early in her life—as a child she would regularly ask her parents to take her to nearby open houses and model homes.

 

Before becoming an agent, Candace attended the University of Guelph and achieved a degree in Sociology. She later earned a postgraduate degree in Journalism New Media at Sheridan College, right here in Oakville.

Candace spent more than a decade working as a sports broadcaster in television and radio, then pivoted to communications work for the provincial government—all experiences that have honed her talent for clear communication, network-building, leadership and quick, poised problem-solving.

 

Outside of real estate, Candace enjoys staying active by going on local hikes, attending live sporting events, and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
