About Carla Buigues

A 30-year real estate veteran with a passion for making a difference in the lives of her clients, Carla Buigues brings integrity, enthusiasm, and wide-ranging expertise to The Agency’s Pasadena office.

Whether helping make the dream of homeownership a reality for a first-time buyer or assisting an investor with the purchase and sale of a remodel project, Carla educates, advocates and negotiates tirelessly on behalf of her clients. Dedicated to generating the very best results for buyers and sellers while maximizing the returns on one of their greatest financial assets, Carla’s real estate know-how is second only to her emotional intelligence. She prides herself on always remaining open and available to her clients, accurately assessing their needs while building relationships that long outlast the close of escrow.

Carla began her real estate career in college, working in corporate and residential finance. Later, she founded her own real estate investment firm and two mortgage companies. She was also a partner in a development company that specialized in remodeling and restoring homes in the San Gabriel Valley. A specialist in probate and estate sales, Carla works with a network of attorneys and finance professionals, tackling a project from the initial trust liquidation to repairs, staging, and beyond.

Carla was born and raised in Argentina and migrated to the U.S. when she was 14 years old. Passionate about community and philanthropy, she serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Leadership Pasadena in addition to serving on the board of the Pasadena Fire Foundation and TEDxPasadena. She volunteers every other year on a “travel with a purpose” trip at PanAmerican Health Services in Pena Blanca, Honduras. Carla enjoys being a mom to her two amazing children, running marathons, doing Crossfit, reading and traveling the world. She is fluent in Spanish.
