Born and raised in Milton, Carla absorbed the intricacies of the homebuilding process from a young age, observing—and eagerly assisting—her father, who worked as a master carpenter. “I learned from an early age that foundations are everything,” says Carla. “Whether it's the foundation of a home or a career or a relationship, you have to commit to digging deep in the beginning and build a good base.”
