Whether it is an executive buying a Mill Valley estate, a young family getting their quirky, charming first home, or an alternative energy company buying a retreat center in the wine country, Caroline brings all her resources and innate talents to the table to make things happen for her clients.A native of Cork, Ireland’s second-largest city, Caroline has degrees in both science and business and left a career in technology in Ireland - as well as her first house, which she still owns - to come to the US almost 20 years ago. She found both love and business success in the tech realm but decided that she needed a change. Joining the Engel & Voelkers family in 2015, Caroline leveraged her expertise and marketing skills as a successful online retailer to embark on a career in real estate. She met with almost immediate success in the luxury market and more recently sold the most expensive Napa Valley home sans vineyard on record valued at 18.5 million. A natural human connector, and with a penchant for matching up the right person with just the right home and lifestyle, Caroline weaves together the people, processes, and win-win strategic moves to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. Her clients also come to know that whenever they need a good referral, whether it’s for an electrician, a literary agent, a decorator, a dog walker, or a wedding planner, Caroline is the resource that they can count on.
