About Cathy Graham

Cathy Graham joins The Agency Vancouver with 18 years of real estate experience and a broad spectrum of knowledge. During her career, Cathy has been involved in a variety of deals such as presales, investment properties, first-time purchases, and estate listings, and she serves the entire Lower Mainland.

 

Cathy has spent the majority of her life as a North Shore resident, attending Argyle Secondary School before studying at Capilano University and later attaining her real estate license through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Prior to being a realtor, Cathy worked as a legal secretary, honing the attention to detail she now brings to real estate transactions. Cathy is motivated by the thrill of finding the perfect home for her clients. With her eagerness to problem-solve and kind attentive communication, she makes deals as stress-free as possible.

 

Aside from making clients happy, Cathy enjoys playing golf, walking her dog through the neighbourhoods of North Van, and baking. She currently resides on the North Shore and appreciates the friendly connected community.
