With over 18 years of experience in the industry and having sold over $300 million in real estate since 2004, Chad has a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to luxury residential and high-rise residential properties.

 

Chad's passion for real estate lies in discovering the unique architecture, building materials, and interior design elements that set each property apart. With 18 years of experience in the Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens area, Chad possesses extensive local knowledge and has developed an exceptional understanding of what high-net-worth clients demand from their properties.

 

Chad grew up in Las Vegas and attended the University of Florida. Prior to joining The Agency in February 2023, Chad worked as a project manager and sales manager at the Related Group of Florida for over 10 years. He has also managed an $850 million development called Oasis in Fort Myers and owned a luxury property management company. Chad's previous work experience has given him a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market.

 

In his free time, Chad cherishes spending quality time with his family. He is a loving husband and father to three boys and recently welcomed a baby girl into the family. They also have a Red Fox Labrador named Maverick.
