About Chanel McDermott

Chanel McDermott joins The Agency Laguna Beach, serving Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Hailing from a San Clemente real estate family, she has had a lifelong interest in homes, a passion for architecture and interior design, and a wide breadth of local knowledge. Helping people achieve their real estate dreams is at the heart of her work—it’s why she loves what she does.

 

Always striving to fully understand her clients’ goals, Chanel is an astute listener, asking the right questions to solve problems with creative solutions. Her experience as a personal assistant in Orange County and Los Angeles provided her with keen attention to detail and organizational skills. Previously, she also worked in the entertainment industry as an actress and model, where she learned to market herself and expand her network.

 

When she’s not assisting her clients, she is cooking, gardening, painting, trying new restaurants and wines, and traveling with her French bulldog, Ghost. She is involved in Lending Love, a charity that feeds the homeless, supports orphanages and builds homes in Mexico for those in need.
