An esteemed guide and natural collaborator, Christina Fulham Cruise is a tenacious, hands-on guide for her clients and a valued member of The Kris Rose Team at The Agency Oakville. Serving the Greater Toronto Area, Dufferin County, Niagara and beyond, Christina is passionate about property investing, renovating and deal-hunting on behalf of her clients.

A Niagara Falls native, with firsthand knowledge of local property investing and short-term rental management, Christina readily serves as a resource for clients looking to enter the real estate market for the very first time or find their next exciting investment.

A lifelong entrepreneur with a myriad of creative talents, Christina has been a DJ since the age of 18, attended school in London for sound engineering and music production and opened a nightclub at 23. Approachable, compassionate and communicative, Christina is skilled at forging genuine connections with her clients that endure long past the transaction’s close.

Outside of the office, Christina can be found enjoying live music, tasting new wines, traveling and being with friends and family.
