Inspiring, deeply compassionate, hardworking and multitalented, Christine Avanti-Fischer brings a wide range of skills to The Agency’s Brentwood office.
Prior to becoming an agent, Christine was already deeply immersed in the real estate industry. She and her husband purchased, renovated and sold numerous luxury estates in Miami, New York City, Toronto, Los Angeles and Los Cabos. Having spearheaded architectural design, construction and interior renovations for these projects, Christine has extensive firsthand experience with buying, selling, redesigning and constructing luxury homes, vacation and income properties—several of which have been recognized in The Globe and Mail and The Wall Street Journal. Christine currently specializes in the Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica and Los Cabos markets.
Described by previous clients as kind, honest and driven, Christine’s firsthand knowledge and expertise of the processes and challenges surrounding buying, selling and renovations allow her to empathize and guide clients through every stage of their real estate journey. “After my experience building new single-family homes—where I worked closely with architects and contractors, as well as landscape and interior designers—I realized I truly enjoyed every aspect of the process, from searching for the perfect home to putting my own stamp on its design,” says Christine.
A best-selling author, certified nutritionist and a classically trained chef, Christine has also co-hosted a show on The Food Network and appeared as a guest and commentator for The Today Show, Good Morning America, Access Hollywood, Oprah’s Allstars, The Doctors, CNN and Fox News, among others. She has also contributed as a resource for articles in Vogue, W, New Beauty, US Weekly, Shape, Women’s Health and InStyle.
Having worked as a nutritionist for two decades, Christine has counseled more than 1,000 clients, honing her ability to communicate compassionately and deliver thoughtful, high-level service. “I truly enjoy helping people achieve their dreams—I did this as a nutritionist, and now I help clients find their perfect home.”
A devoted philanthropist, Christine has been acknowledged with the 2019 American Icon Award in Philanthropy and in 2018 was named Woman of the Year by the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce for her volunteer work in fighting human trafficking locally and internationally.
