A Licensed Realtor since 2009, with a background in renovation construction and investment properties, Christopher Peña is an experienced and accomplished professional. Superbly trained in all areas of the real estate client representation process, he’s especially strong at adding value to his clients as a negotiator. Whether diving deep into the data to properly price a listing that maximizes its sale opportunities or crafting a strategy to achieve the highest purchase price possible, Chris is driven by a thorough and clear understanding of what needs to be done to meet the goal.

This is the result of disciplined, consistent efforts to study the relevant elements that have an impact on the real estate business. Competitive and creative at his core, Chris practices high intensity training, mountain biking and trail running. He’s also a guitar player, tenor singer, avid golfer and wine connoisseur. A United States Army veteran, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree. A Texas native, Chris is dedicated to achieving personal and professional growth through ongoing education and personal development initiatives. He’s been married for over 20 years, and considers his biggest accomplishment being a dad to two outstanding kids – both University of Texas graduates.
