About Colleen McGough

A resident of Birmingham for more than 23 years, Colleen has been a full-time Realtor since 2015 and takes pride in providing exceptional concierge-level real estate services at all price-points throughout metro Detroit, from first time home buyers to sellers of high-end luxury properties.

Colleen’s many years working in government, along with a degree in Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee allows her to successfully manage challenging real estate transactions, representing buyers and sellers alike. Colleen ensures client satisfaction through effective communication, strong negotiating skills, and an unwavering attention to detail.

As a member of the Historic District Study Committee for the City of Birmingham and having managed the renovation of her own 1920 Craftsman home, Colleen is passionate about historic home renovation and has expertise in new construction as well.

Colleen and her husband Marty have 2 adult daughters whom they love to visit in NYC and Miami. They are members at Oakland Hills Country Club and Holy Name Parish in Birmingham, where they also volunteer. They enjoy a great game of euchre and love to walk into downtown Birmingham for date-night dinner, in snowy winter and warm summer nights alike.
