About Craig Knizek

Craig Knizek has been with The Agency since the firm was founded in 2011, and has amassed over $1.12 Billion in sales with the company. He founded the San Fernando Valley offices, and currently serves as Managing Partner for the Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Calabasas, which generate $1.6Billion in annual sales for the company. He has been named by The Wall Street Journal as among the top 250 brokers in the United States for the past six years. He also founded Prescott Properties, a real estate design/development company that renovates and builds spec homes.

Craig grew up in the West San Fernando Valley, attending El Camino Real high school, UC Santa Barbara, and the University of Stirling in Scotland. He has lived in Sherman Oaks for 28 years, has two daughters who attended the Oakwood School in North Hollywood, then UC Berkeley (Go Bears!) & Pitzer College (Go Sagehens!). He’s very proud that both daughters currently are upstanding citizens out in the world, and off the payroll!

Craig spent twenty years working in the film/television industry, collaborating with illustrious creative talent, shepherding and producing their creative vision. As Producer of Sony/NBC’s hit series “Mad About You,” and the original Associate Producer of “The Simpsons,” Craig negotiated deals and schedules with high-ranking studio executives, talent agents, managers and attorneys throughout the entertainment industry. He’s proud to be able to translate his skill set as a realtor to helping his colleagues from the entertainment industry.

Craig's portfolio includes a wide range of standout sales, among them are 16281 Dorilee Lane (2nd highest psf valuation in Encino-sold for $14.998M), 3737 Longridge (highest sale ever in the history of Sherman Oaks & Studio City), 17100 Rancho (Highest sale ever in Encino), Beverly Park ($28M), 24683 PCH ($14M), the Tom Petty house in Encino, a Paul Williams traditional in Toluca Lake, an oceanfront condo in Laguna Beach, and 23401 Mulholland in Calabasas where represented both the buyer and seller in a $9.299M listing. As a Luxury specialist, he’s had Ten sales over $10M, 22 sales over $8M, 48 sales over $5M and counting…."

Craig proudly serves on the Child Life executive committee, and administers the Adam Hunter Knizek memorial fund at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
