Crystal Hayes’ real estate experience reaches beyond the traditional format. As a well established real estate developer with over 15 years experience, Crystal has flipped and rented single family homes, multi family dwellings, apartment buildings, and commercial real estate including owning her own Assisted Living; hence she understands income properties like the best of them. As a designer and agent, her passion for people and design helps her reimagine the spaces for her buyers and tenants to make it their “perfect home.” Since Crystal’s interior and exterior design experience makes her a unique Realtor®, Crystal offers free staging for her sellers and free design consulting on customizing any home to fit the needs of her buyers, offering a true HGTV experience.

Crystal’s background working with VIP clients stems from her background at one of the nation’s Top Grossing Service Industries in Beverly Hills. Her experience servicing the “who’s who” of international business, royalty, celebrities, producers, performers, athletes, actors, and musicians, etc. made her a natural fit to service the VIP clientele.
