Real Estate AgentDaniel Stevenson has represented over $3 billion in real estate sales. As a founding partner of PAD & Associates, he teamed up with Paul Lester and Aileen Comora, lending his specialized knowledge in luxury residential and new development properties across Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood, Brentwood, Silver Lake and Malibu.
Amongst his clients, he is known for his unwavering discretion as well as his passion for architecture and finance. Prior to his career in real estate, Daniel graduated from Pepperdine University and worked in finance and business development for an L.A. based start-up and as an advisor for a Mexico City-based law firm and spent most of his time dealing in foreign markets, specifically Mexico and Africa.
He dedicates much of his time to organizations supporting the arts and those in need, including The Hammer Collective, Wendy Walk, the Lustgarten Foundation, International Medical Corps, Riverkeeper/Waterkeeper environmental action group and the No Labels organization.
