About David Ontiveros

David specializes in selling and marketing single family homes, townhomes condominiums and investment properties throughout the region. He also assists buyers in purchasing their first home or locating investment opportunities. His uncompromising professionalism and tenacious drive further enhances David’s strong professional relationships with his clients and fellow real estate professionals alike.

As the owner of Dasha Creative and Marketing Director for Genesis Painting Company, David has broadened his creative skillset and deepened his exemplary marketing experience. He has assisted many companies, real estate agents, personal business owners and churches within California and around the nation in achieving their business and branding-related goals. David’s well-honed expertise in this realm is an incredible asset to his real estate clients.

Prior to becoming an agent, David also worked in Property Management as a Community Director for the Privatized Military Housing for the Defense Language Institution (DLI) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, California. He was also responsible for overseeing the assets at the NASA Airfield in Mountain View and Camp Parks in Dublin. He has also worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer for several mortgage companies and a Credit Union.

David has harnessed his energy and dedication to his real estate career with his own personal branding slogan: Own It With Ontiveros. “It’s not just another catchy phrase, it’s a mindset, a way of thinking and living,” says David. “Talking about your real estate goals and dreams is one thing, but actually putting that talk into action is owning your real estate goals and dreams and making them a reality! Born in Fresno, and raised in Sanger, California, David received his Associate of Arts in Theology at the Northern Pacific Coast Bible College and is a licensed Minister at CityLight Church in Mountain View, where he actively serves. When he isn’t serving clients, David enjoys spending time with his equally talented and successful wife, Jocelyne and their two children, Dasha and Judah.
