About Dedric Davidson

Dedric is the glue that holds all of the team’s transactions together; his attention to detail and professionalism help all of our clients feel at ease through the escrow process and ensure we never miss a beat!

After almost four years in the real estate industry, Dedric is well-versed in the process and confidently helps our clients navigate their deadlines. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Utah and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work from Western New Mexico University. In addition to his studies, Dedric is a volunteer OCD Peer Support Group Moderator, so it’s no surprise that he is so fantastic at managing clients and exceeding their expectations.

Dedric is also a musician, and when he isn’t working, you’ll find him outdoors or enjoying music, whether it’s exercising, camping, boating, snowboarding, yoga, playing sports, going to concerts and art museums, traveling, or writing music and playing the drums, he is always up for an adventure. His favorite pastime, however, is spending time with his nieces and nephews, and his favorite title is Best Uncle Ever.
