About Drew Carlson

Drew Carlson serves The Agency’s Beverly Hills and Palm Desert offices as a part of Aaron Leider’s team, specializing in luxury sales and leases for high-profile celebrities and international clientele. Real estate has been his lifelong passion—a source of energy and inspiration—and he couldn’t be more thrilled to assist clients in finding their dream homes, backed by a wealth of local knowledge and industry insight.

 

Drew’s honesty and relationship-focused approach to real estate allow him to create authentic, trusting relationships with clients, especially when handling complex transactions. An active listener, he knows what questions to ask to reach effective and creative solutions. Creating special curated moments unique to his clients brings him great pride and makes the process memorable for everyone.

 

Originally from Minneapolis, Drew blends a Midwest work ethic with a sunny California personality. He holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in communication studies, including coursework in art, architecture and design. Drew moved to Los Angeles to accept a position in talent management which included coaching, mentoring and business development across the country and in Australia. He was happy to transition back into the Los Angeles scene when he joined a large privately-held real estate company, gaining experience in hospitality, leasing, and residential operations while delivering the best-in-class concierge service.

 

In his free time, Drew enjoys leading an active, healthy lifestyle that includes hiking, snowboarding, practicing yoga and staying competitive on the tennis court. He loves to reconnect to the desert landscape by supporting local artists and local music events. He is an advocate for mental health awareness and has actively raised donations annually for the Movemeber Campaign by cycling across the city of Los Angeles.
