As a result, he has consistently placed in the top 1% of real estate agents nationally, and has been named on the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends “Top 1,000 Real Estate Professionals” list, ranking among the best of the best in the U.S.
Edward has represented properties for and sold houses to a number of internationally famous personalities, with faces that can be seen on screens both large and small, and with names that can be found in the pages and websites of publications from People Magazine and Variety, to the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.
In 2014, he closed one of the most expensive homes ever sold in Los Angeles, in Holmby Hills for $45,000,000, and in 2015, he closed one of the largest sales ever in Santa Monica, the gorgeous Villa Ruchello, at $23,000,000. He has represented numerous senior executives from Warner Brothers, the Walt Disney Company, Creative Artists Agency, Universal Studios, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Farmers Insurance and OneWest Bank, to name just a few.

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon (of which he is still a huge fan), Edward attended Lewis and Clark College, studying history and music/voice performance. He lived in New York City for a time, and moved to Los Angeles about 25 years ago. In 2012, Edward became a partner at The Agency, joining what has quickly become the most prominent name in luxury real estate in the country.
