About Efthimios Staikos

Efthimios Staikos is known for his quality service and attention to detail, ensuring a great experience for every client he represents. A people-person at heart, Eftimios treats all of his clients as part of his family, building relationships that last longer than one single transaction. He understands his clients' wants and needs and works tirelessly until he finds them their perfect home.

 

Prior to real estate, Efthimios worked in sales at a beverage distributor where he serviced some of New York City's largest hospitality groups, as well as many independent bars and restaurant owners. Working in almost every neighborhood in Manhattan, Efthimios understands the city's dynamic landscape and how to navigate it thoroughly. His love for real estate came from buying investment properties with his two brothers in New Jersey and Philadelphia. He understands firsthand how daunting the home buying process can be.

 

Efthimios attended Iona College in New Rochelle, New York where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Born and raised in northern New Jersey, he currently resides in the Upper West Side where he enjoys spending his free time staying active by working out or exploring the city. As an avid restaurant goer, you can count on him to recommend some of the best spots the city has to offer. Efthimios also enjoys watching sports and you can guarantee to see him at The Garden during basketball season rooting for the Knicks.
