Emily Schaffer, a lifelong Mill Valley resident, knows Marin County best. As a third-generation Realtor, her strong negotiating and listening skills paired with her sharp intuition have contributed to her impressive success as a Top Producer every year since 2012. Recently, in 2023, she earned the exclusive Private Office status, only awarded to 270 advisors in all of Engel & Volkers worldwide. In addition to being one of the Top 100 Marin agents in 2022, Emily was awarded the Elite Presidential Circle status (over $50,000,000 in closed transactions). Adding to Emily’s expertise is her involvement in real estate short-term rental investments, both domestic and international. Often referred to as a “natural networker,” Emily has a knack for connecting people with their perfect match, whether that’s a house, mortgage lender, contractor, landscaper, or other real estate-related need. Prior to becoming a real estate advisor, Emily was a Postpartum Doula and Infant Sleep Consultant, and she’s used this extensive experience to direct her career toward being a family-focused realtor.
