As Director of Operations for Roaring Fork Valley-based home builder Peak3 Ltd, Emma specializes in new construction, real estate development and sustainable design.

 

Leading Peak3 transactions, she grasps every aspect of new construction deals allowing her to expertly maneuver and advise her clients through the unique nuances that come with buying and building in the mountains.

 

Prior to real estate development, Emma worked in financial services in New York, leaving the corporate world when recruited to lead a luxury start-up in Aspen. Moving from Manhattan to the mountains, Emma knows all about the transition from city life to the RFV.

 

A graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Emma is a strong communicator, driving results with an efficiency-focused mindset.

 

An avid hiker, Emma has summited multiple 14’er peaks across the Elk and Sawatch mountain ranges, always ready to take on her next climbing challenge. She looks forward to helping you achieve your real estate aspirations in Aspen and beyond.
