Real estate was a backdrop for Emory’s youth; having lived in 12 different homes by the time he graduated high school, he grew up in open houses and watched his parents buy, remodel and sell their own homes. He was a Division I soccer player at Dartmouth College and then started a chapter in the entertainment industry, working alongside top talent agents and executives at companies such as ICM Partners and Lionsgate. Always holding an interest in real estate, he decided to utilize the discipline, communication and negotiation skills he acquired from Hollywood and bring them to his own business.
