About Eric Haskell

A natural-born entrepreneur with a passion for helping his clients achieve their dreams, Eric has curated the real estate, art and design collections for celebrities, moguls and collectors for many years. Now, he has parlayed his tech and design expertise into a rapid ascent at The Agency, quickly rising to become one of the top luxury real estate agent in the country recognized on the prestigious RealTrends The Thousand list. Additionally, he has been named as one the LA Business Journal’s Leaders of Influence and closed $200M in sales in 2021, including a record-breaking sale in Montecito history.

 

Known for his diligence, creativity and commitment to excellence, Eric closed an eight-figure, off-market deal within his first six months as an agent and hasn’t looked back. With the innate ability to remain calm under pressure and create levity when tension is high, Eric’s expert negotiating skills and outside-the-box thinking have quickly established him among the most talented agents in Southern California. Representing buyers and sellers up and down the coast, Eric holds an exceptional portfolio of on- and off-market listings from Malibu to Montecito. Consistently going above and beyond for his clients, he strives to make what can often be a stressful and emotional situation into a fun and exciting experience. His world-renowned Carpinteria listing, known as The Sanctuary at Loon Point, was nominated for best luxury marketing campaign by prominent real estate publication Inman.

 

Prior to his career in real estate, Eric was a tech executive, consultant for developers and tastemaker with One Kings Lane, a dealer of luxury furniture and home decor. He is proud to count many of his former clients and colleagues among his loyal clientele. A natural negotiator and self-proclaimed information junkie, Eric is always reading, studying and expanding his knowledge so as to be prepared for any and all variables in a deal. Equipped with the ability to see the hidden potential of each property and guide his clients toward sound real estate investments, he serves as a trusted guide throughout every step of a transaction.

Eric graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Business and the History of Art and Architecture. When Eric is not representing clients in real estate, he loves to surf, play basketball, hike, practice yoga, and above all, spend time with his wife, Jaime, and two young daughters, Lola and Lucy.
