About Eric Iloski

Eric Iloski was born in San Diego, California, and has spent most of his life living in California. As a UCLA graduate, and former professional soccer player, Eric see’s a lot of similarities between Los Cabos and San Diego. Eric has been vacationing to Los Cabos for 10+ years now, and has seen much of the growth in the city. After traveling across the United States for years, playing soccer and adventuring the country, his love for Los Cabos ultimately overcame any city in the United States, which has translated to him moving from California to Cabo permanently.

 

Eric’s passion has always been in Real Estate. His mother has been a real estate agent in San Diego for 13+ years and his father has been a contractor for residential homes for 30+ years. Eric has grown up with real estate in his blood, and he has seen his parents create substantial value in residential homes by flipping them.

When not selling houses or developments, Eric spends much of his time with loved ones. Most of that time is spent with his girlfriend (Katie), and also with his family, who visits Cabo 3-4 times a year. When not spending time with loved ones, Eric is probably either golfing with friends, watching sports, or playing pickleball. Member of both Chileno Bay and El Dorado, Eric is well connected in Los Cabos and is eager for the opportunity to find you a dream home.
