About Erik Heitz

Before joining Triplemint, Erik worked as a theatre professional across 38 states, and 4 countries; acting on land and sea, directing, producing, designing, and also teaching. Erik earned his BFA in Musical Theater Performance and a BTA in Directing/Stage Management from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). Erik trained two years with Disney Entertainment learning skills in the best of guest customer service, interpersonal interaction, attention to detail, organization, disciplined practice, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Erik focuses on end-to-end customer service and communication. Erik enjoys a large social network: playing/coaching/volunteering on several committees for Gotham Volleyball, taking classes at Bikram Yoga of Harlem, practicing Spanish, hosting weekly movie nights, crafting/gardening, volunteering with The Broadway Green Alliance, and thrift shopping.
