About Evan Ferrante

Having spent the last decade forging relationships in the entertainment industry while producing award-winning film and television content, Evan brings a dynamic energy, passion for design and diligent work ethic to The Agency’s Josh Myler Group. With integrity, resourcefulness and local knowledge, he serves throughout Los Angeles, offering clients expertise in Brentwood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Larchmont Village, Santa Monica, Culver City, Malibu, Silver Lake and Koreatown. Sociable, skilled at listening and committed to providing the highest standard to service, Evan fosters meaningful connections with his clients while steadfastly striving to fulfill their dreams.

Evan’s love of real estate, art, design and mid-century architecture started at a young age, when his parents first introduced him to Frank Lloyd Wright’s work, in Mount Pleasant, near their hometown of Westchester, NY. Growing up, he also had the virtue of being surrounded by the work of other great designers, such as Charles and Ray Eames, in his childhood home.

Originally from Armonk, New York, Evan went on to earn his Bachelor’s in Economics at Boston University before relocating to L.A. to work as a producer. Seeing the success and joy that others in his family had as agents, he was inspired to earn his license and levy his talent for sales in real estate. When he isn’t meeting with clients or immersing himself in market trends, Evan loves to get outdoors, often rock climbing, bouldering, camping and hiking, and relax at home with a good board game.
