About Georgy Chukhleb

The Agency welcomes Georgy Chukhleb, a luxury realtor associate and professional tennis athlete. Georgy brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and discipline to the industry while offering a unique approach to servicing high-end commercial and residential clientele in Miami, Palm Beach, and the Hamptons, New York.

Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, Georgy relocated to the US after completing his bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Petersburg University. He arrived in Los Angeles where he decided to pursue his lifelong passion for tennis. His career quickly took off and he eventually relocated to Philadelphia where he was offered two coaching positions and an opportunity to further his education. While there, held the position as an assistant D1 tennis coach for St. Joseph’s University and obtained an MBA in finance.

After graduating, he decided to combine his passions for tennis and business. In 2013, he moved to NYC to further his career and began building tennis programs and organizing charity events, such as the Milken Foundation and Jack Nicklaus Forelove Foundation. Through this work, he fostered meaningful connections that inspired him to enter the world of finance, investing, and real estate.

Georgy attributes his competitive edge, discipline, and love for learning to his athletic background. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to accomplish each goal with perseverance and tenacity while ensuring value to his clients and servicing their best needs.

In his free time, he enjoys learning new technologies, exploring topics in psychology and philosophy, engaging in fitness activities, martial arts, traveling, and meeting talented people.
