About Gina Michelle

A top-producing broker, designer, and trained negotiator, Gina Michelle, has achieved over $1 billion in career sales. Gina brings eighteen years of real estate experience and a reputation for integrity, transparency, and intelligence to The Agency. Ranked for four consecutive years among the top 1% of Agents nationwide, The Agency’s Top 5% 2022 Chairman Award Recipient, Leader of Influence among residential real estate brokers by L.A. Business Journal in 2022, and named one of L.A. Magazine’s 2023 Real Estate Allstars. Gina joins The Agency from Gina Michelle Project, the acclaimed design and real estate firm she founded in 2009. Specializing in home renovations and design, Gina takes a unique approach to how real estate is bought and sold, driven by the belief that every property can and should, be sold as a renovated property. Through her exclusive partnership with PriceLift, Gina’s clients benefit from home and property upgrades and renovations before listing their homes for sale, which in most cases dramatically increases the selling price of a property—at no cost to the client.

Gina grew up in Big Bear Lake and Fallbrook and earned her B.A. from California State University Northridge. She is happily married with two amazing kids, a son, Dezmond, and a daughter, Lucciana. The mom to a special needs daughter who fights an extremely rare seizure disorder, Gina is actively involved in fundraising for research with various charitable organizations related to pediatric epilepsy. She enjoys outdoor activities like boating, snowboarding, and working out at the gym when she's not representing clients in real estate.
